An additional charge has been announced against the suspect in the weekend death of an Upstate woman. The Greenville Police Department announced Thursday morning that 65 year old, Terry Lee Strickland is now charged with Voluntary Manslaughter. He had already been charged with kidnapping the victim, earlier this week.

The charges stem from an incident at an apartment building on Nichol Street in Greenville, last Friday night. Officers responded to a reported stabbing there and found a woman dead inside an apartment. The Greenville County Coroner's Office identified the woman as 54 year old, Lisa Denise Workman.
