DHEC today reported 1,845 new confirmed cases and 87 new probable cases of the coronavirus along with 93 additional confirmed deaths and 11 new probable deaths.
This brings the total number of cases in the state to 341,597, probable cases to 34,370, confirmed deaths to 5,513, and probable deaths to 524.
Greenville once again reported the highest number of new cases with 191. Other upstate counties also had some of the highest reported COVID case numbers, including Anderson and Spartanburg counties, which reported 141 and 118 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 each respectively.
