A suspect is in custody after a mobile home fire in Western North Carolina, Thursday. The Asheville Fire Department responded to a trailer fire on Park Lane Avenue.
Upon arrival, firefighters found the mobile home engulfed in flames. Investigators determined the fire was man made.
27 year old, Jacob Shelly Porter was arrested and is charged with 2nd degree arson and burning personal property. Officials say the trailer was completely destroyed in the fire, but no injuries were reported.
