Greenville Police have a suspect in custody following a Sunday morning shooting that occurred around 1AM at Falls Park and South Main Street downtown. Police were called to the scene of the shooting were a man was found with a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a hospital where they were later pronounced dead. Police have arrested 28 year old Brian Murray, who was charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and failure to stop for blue lights.
The identity of the victim has not been released, as of the time of this report. Below is a booking photo of the suspect.
