An arrest has been announced after a shots fired incident at an Upstate bar. The Greer Police Department responded just before 10:30 PM Tuesday to Blue Ridge Brewing on Trade Street.
Investigators say the suspect, 26 year old Timothy McCombs fled the scene prior to police arriving. A short time later he was stopped nearby.
Police say, McCombs entered the establishment to confront someone about an altercation, that had just happened outside. McCombs reportedly pulled a gun and pointed it at customers inside. He then left the building and fired the gun into the air, multiple times before driving off.
No injuries were reported in the incident. McCombs is charged with multiple weapons charges and DUI.
