An arrest has now been made in connection to an Upstate murder, from nearly three years ago.
In July 2021 Terrico Damarcus Burts was fatally shot at a Greenville County nightclub called Swag. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says the shooting came after a heated argument that was gang related.
This past Friday, 27 year old Dequavious Decold Marquize Gambrell was taken into custody by the Fugitive Investigations Unit. He's charged with murder and a weapons violation.
Gambrell is being held without bond at the Greenville County Detention Center.
