Three people have been charged after a fight at an Upstate racetrack.
As we previously reported, the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded November 22nd to the Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney after a fight left multiple people with minor injuries and one track employee with significant injuries.
A crowd was gathered there for a bonfire and a fight broke out. Chad Wilson an employee of the track tried to break up the fight, but he was pushed to thr ground and stomped repeatedly. He was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with three broken vertebrae in his back.
Investigators now say 31 year old, Brandon Wayne Bolin has been charged with 3rd degree assault. A 57 year old man was also charged with assault, he has not been publicly identified and a 15 year old was charged as a juvenile.
The Sheriff's Office says more suspects are expected to be charged as they are identified.
