Six new inductees have now been enshrined in the hall of fame for the state's largest schools District. This year's class of inductees to Greenville County School District Hall Of Fame included, Dr. Collis Barksdale, Chandra Dillard, Jennifer Mills-Grabosky, Vice Admiral Michael Vitale, Jeff Brabham and Travis Perry.
Dr. Barksdale is an award winning physician and alumnus of Carolina High. Dillard is Greenville High grad, who served on the Greenville City Council and is currently a member of the State House Of Representatives.

Jennifer Mills-Grabosky is an alumnus of JL Mann High School. She worked in broadcast television for years. Her career included stints at Greenville's WYFF Channel 4 and she helped launch The Golf Channel.

Michael Vitale is also a JL Mann alumnus. He served over 30 years in the U.S. Navy achieving the rank of Vice Admiral and received the Navy's Distinguished Service Award in 2012.

Jeff Brabham taught Special Education for over 40 years at his alma mater, Woodmont High.

Travis Perry worked as a coach and teacher at Greer High from 1993 to 2019. He was an assistant coach with Greer's State Title Football team in 1994. In 2003, he served as Head Coach and led Greer to a State Title. He graduated from Greer and played Football at Newberry College before returning to Greer. Perry passed away in 2020 and was inducted posthumously.
The GCS Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony was held Tuesday night at the Greenville Convention Center.
