Greenville firefighters met baby Cooper, after helping deliver him over the summer.

The City of Greenville says Cooper’s mom, Anna Kingrey, went into labor at home and knew she wouldn’t make it to the hospital. Her husband, Bryan, called 911.
Police arrived first, followed by the Greenville City Fire Department’s Quick Response Vehicle.
Fire Specialist Daniel Pronk and Firefighter Dan Wilder helped Anna deliver Cooper in the front yard.
This week, the Kingrey family visited Station 1 to thank the firefighters and introduce them to Cooper and his siblings.
The firefighters say the reunion meant a lot to them.
