Belton PD is seeking Daniel Matthew Kilgore for two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor Child. Kilgore is a white male 31 years old. He is five feet nine inches tall and weighs 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen at his residence at 142 Ellison Street, Belton, SC about 1:30PM today. Kilgore is believed to be driving a blue Dodge Pacifica, South Carolina license 4251PL. Reportedly with the back window on the driver’s side is busted out.
