The sister of a Supreme Court justice was recently the target of a bomb threat. The Charleston Police Department responded Saturday night to a bomb threat at the home of Amanda Coney Williams.
She's the sister of Justice Amy Coney Barrett. The threat came in an email, it mentioned "Free Palestine" and said there was a bomb in the mailbox of Amanda's home.
Police responded and swept the area, no credible threat was found. Amanda's husband said he does not know who would target their home. However, an unknown person tried delivering pizzas to multiple addresses associated with Barrett over the weekend.
No arrests have been made, as of the time of this report.
