After a court appearance Tuesday It'll be prison time for the brother of Clemson Coach Dabo Swinney. Henry Swinney III, also known as "Tripp" is "all in", all in custody that is after pleading guilty to a child sex crime charge.
In 2022, Swinney was charged with 3rd degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The South Carolina Attorney General's Office says Swinney distributed files that depicted child sexual abuse. A cyber tip line report led to the investigation.
Swinney has been sentenced to four years in prison, he was given credit for 15 days of time served.
