Two California men have been indicted on federal charges in connection to what is said to be the largest fentanyl seizure in South Carolina history.
The U.S. Department of Justice says DEA Agents, Lexington County Deputies and State Transport Police conducted two coordinated traffic stops in the Midlands, July 1st
Inside a tractor trailer that was holding legit products over 70 kilos of Fentanyl and 20 kilos of meth were found. Two suspects, 26 year old Alberto Rios-Landeros and his 23 year old brother Chris have been indicted in connection to the bust.
They each face a possible life sentence on charges of conspiracy and distribution of fentanyl and meth.
