After the unexpected passing of Lindsey Graham, The man who gave late Senator Lindsey Graham his stiffest primary challenge in modern history, has announced his run for the U.S. Senate. Greenville Businessman Mark Lynch was a guest on the Charlie James Show, Monday to announce his candidacy.
He garnered nearly 30% of the vote in the Primary, last month. Something that has seemed to motivate Lynch. He said " I want to say this, we're not jumping in, we're going to finish the race".
The Special Primary next month will determine who will win the Republican nomination and face Democrat Annie Andrews in November. On Monday, Governor McMaster appointed Lindsey Graham's sister Darlene to fill his seat in the interim.
