The appointment to the U.S. Senate has been made following the death of Lindsey Graham. Governor McMaster held a press conference late Monday afternoon to appoint Darline Graham Nordone, the sister of the late Senator to the vacant seat.
She will fill the seat for the remainder of Graham's term. There's been no word yet on whether she plans to run to fill the seat in a full time capacity?
A Special Primary will be held next month to determine the Republican Candidate that will face Dr. Annie Andrews in November's general election.
