Charges against an Upstate woman are being upgraded to murder. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting, last Friday.
63 year old, Barbara Ann White was arrested in connection to the incident. The victim identified as 60 year old, Pamela Brockman of Chesnee has since died from her injuries.
White is now charged with murder and a weapons violation.
