A manager at a North Carolina fast food restaurant is facing charges after a shooting there, over the weekend. A customer at the Popeye's on South Boulevard in Charlotte reported that a manager and co-worker got into a fight, Sunday evening.
The fight reportedly stemmed from burnt biscuits. The dispute led to the shooting. The manager 22 year old, Rodney Wood was arrested and is charged with attempted murder.
Investigators say security cam footage showed Wood firing twice and the victim was hit by both shots. The victim was taken to a hospital for emergency surgery.
Police say the two had previous issues and conflicts. Wood had requested a transfer from that location to steer clear of the co-worker.
