A Chesnee man is charged with sexually assaulting a Seneca woman, earlier this year.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 22 year old, Ruvim Andruschenko was arrested over the weekend on charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct and disseminating obscene material.
The Sheriff's Office says a woman reported that Andruschenko sexually assaulted her at a residence in Seneca, in late August. The victim claimed she was incapacitated by alcohol at the time of the incident.
Investigators say Andruschenko posted a video of the victim in a compromised position on Snapchat. The victim filed the report after being made aware of the video.
