Counselors are on hand at the Spartanburg County's Hendrix Elementary School today. Students have learned of the death of a classmate in a wreck near Inman Saturday afternoon. The coroner says 10-year-old, Kylen James Medlock died at the scene of the accident. The car driven by the child's mother was making a turn from Hampton Road from onto Little Mountain Road when it was hit by a pickup headed the other way. The woman and the pickup driver were taken to the hospital.
