Two big ticket items on the City Of Greenville’s agenda moved forward at the City Council meeting Monday night. One of which was the passing of a resolution that advances the city’s small area plan for the West End.
The Council also voted to appropriate funds to the plan to purchase a building to serve as the city’s new public safety campus. A move Mayor White says is a long time coming. Those items now move forward after the council approved both unanimously. After the meeting , Mayor Knox White had comments about both the West End plan and the proposed new public safety building.
