Another Clemson fraternity is suspended from campus activities because of complaints about hazing. The University released the report on that in line with the Tucker Hipps Transparency Act, named in memory of the freshman who drowned on a fraternity outing at Lake Hartwell in 2014.

This time Clemson officials say Pi Kappa Phi will be suspended until 2025 for what the report calls acts of "personal servitude" and "morally degrading behavior" dating back to February and April of last year. Half a dozen other Clemson fraternities are still on suspension, all prohibited from hosting group activities or recruiting new members.
The University statement adds: "The health, safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority as an institution...We reinforce the priorities with our Greek community and individuals and organizations who are expected to act responsibly." Pi Kappa Phi's Clemson chapter will have to apply for reinstatement in the national organization at the end of its suspension.
