A new skyscraper set to be built in Greenville's downtown area has received final design approval. The Design Review Board approved the plans for the new 19 story building at their meeting, Thursday.
The multi-use building will be located along North Academy Street in Greenville's downtown area and is set to be one of the city's tallest buildings. The tower is set to have over 250 residential units, retail space and a parking garage with over 450 spaces.
The Beach Company is developing the site, they also own other properties nearby which include the former BB&T building and the Canvas Lofts. There's been no announcement on when construction will start on the new project.
