New details are out on the upcoming Upstate visit for a possible Presidential candidate. As we previously reported, Florida Governor Ron Desantis is set to make his way to the area, next week.
Desantis will speak at First Baptist Church North Spartanburg, next Wednesday April 19th. Desantis making the visit to the Upstate, as part of his "Florida Blueprint Speaking Tour". This will be his 1st stop in the Palmetto State.
He has not yet formally announced a run for President in 2024. Desantis has said that decision wouldn't be made public until after Florida's legislative session is over, next month.
The event in Spartanburg is free admission, but does require a ticket. The doors will open at 530 PM next Wednesday, with the event starting at 7:30 PM.
