Police say two dogs were rescued from an extremely hot car in the Upstate over the weekend. The Spartanburg Police Department responded to Dorman Centre Drive and found the two dogs inside a vehicle without water or air conditioning.
Police say, it was over 125 degrees inside the vehicle when they broke a window out and freed the dogs. The owner was cited for leaving them inside the hot car.
