An arrest has been made after a crash that killed people in the Upstate on New Year's Eve.
As we previously reported, the Greenville County Coroners Office responded to a crash on Cooley Bridge Road near Pelzer just before 930 PM Tuesday after, a BMW sedan and a Subaru SUV collided.
All four of the occupants in the Subaru were pronounced dead at the scene. The Highway Patrol says the driver of the BMW 31 year old, Nicholas Shane Meeks of Belton has been charged with four counts of fatal DUI.
Two of the victims have been identified as 29 year old, Aubrey Marie Ross of Donalds and 30 year old, Amanda Lynn Leroux of North Carolina. The identities of the other two victims have not been released, as of time of this report.
