The lone driver in a one vehicle crash Thursday morning in Anderson County has died. The South Carolina Highway Patrol says, the accident happened on Holiday Dam Rd. near Honea Path just after 10 AM. The accident report says the driver ran off one side of the road, overcorrected, then ran off the other side, hit a ditch and overturned.
The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected upon impact. The Highway Patrol says the crash is still under investigation and the identity of the driver has not been released as of the time of this report.
