In a story that sounds more like a movie plot than reality, officials say a drone drop was intercepted at a Midlands prison.
The South Carolina Department of Corrections say a delivery from a drone was busted at Lee Correctional in Bishopville, Monday.
Officials say the drone was delivering marijuana, steak, crab legs, Old Bay seasoning and cigarettes. No charges have been announced, as of this time.
