Drug take back drives are planned for this weekend in the Upstate. Law enforcement agencies in the Upstate will partner with the DEA to hold take back events this Saturday.
The Greer Police Department and Commission of Public Works will hold their event from 10 AM-2 PM at 301 McCall Street in Greer. The public is asked to bring any expired, unused, or unwanted medications to the event, with no questions asked.
The Spartanburg Police Department will hold their event during those same hours Saturday at the CVS location on Garner Road. Saturday marks the 22nd event of its kind held in Spartanburg over the last 11 years.
