A tyriad of suspects are facing charges after shots were fired at a North Georgia home, earlier this week. Stephens County Deputies and Toccoa Police Officers responded to a home in Toccoa, just before 1PM Wednesday.
They were involved in a scuffle with two men who were involved in a fight. They got the fight under control and started a drug investigation at the scene. A search uncovered nearly two pounds of marijuana, pyschdellic mushroom edibles, THC vapes and a digital scale.
Three people were arrested at the scene they include 17 year old Xavier Collings, 35 year old Lateryia Hickman and 21 year old Jonathan Mayfield. Collins and Hickman are charged with intent to distribute and drug possession.
Collins is also charged with a weapons violation, battery, and reckless conduct. Mayfield is charged with battery and reckless coduct.
