An elderly man is dead less than two weeks after an explosion in the Upstate. As we previously reported, first responders were dispatched to Shannon Circle in Pickens July 7th, after an explosion was reported.
First responders determined that a propane stove had blown up inside a camper. An elderly man was found at the scene and was airlifted to the Augusta Burn Center. The Pickens County Coroner's Office says the victim 93 year old, Taylor Joe Lewis died from injuries suffered in the explosion, Monday.
