The leader for sports programming in the Upstate has now been re-branded. Audacy has announced the launch of "the Fan Upstate" which is replacing ESPN Upstate as our sibling station. The Fan Upstate will be heard on the same stations 97.7 FM in Greenville and 97.1 FM Spartanburg.
The new brand will carry the same great local content including award winning programming like "The Rob Brown Show" and "Offsides With Marc Ryan". The new brand will also feature national shows from CBS Sports Radio and BetQL programming. "The Rob Brown Show" will now move to 9AM to Noon on Weekdays, with Marc Ryan staying in his same afternoon slot of 3 to 7 PM.
The station will feature the return of the nationally syndicated and critically acclaimed "Jim Rome Show" weekdays from Noon to 3. The Fan Upstate will also serve as the play-by-play home for Furman Football and Basketball, as well as Byrnes High School Football. The Fan Upstate can also be heard on the live stream below.
