The more first responders know before they arrive, the better prepared they are to help during an emergency. That's why the City of Greenville is highlighting the Family Profile program.
Community members can voluntarily upload important information—such as whether a loved one has autism, dementia, or another medical condition—for law enforcement and dispatch. The information is available to first responders before they arrive, giving them a better understanding of a home's unique circumstances, whether they're responding to a routine call or a major emergency.

Residents can sign up online and share only the information they're comfortable providing, including emergency contacts and recent photographs.
