The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a family squabble led to a stabbing, Tuesday morning. Deputies responded to a reported stabbing on Butler Road in Greenville, just before 6AM.
Upon arrival, deputies found a man who had been stabbed. He was taken to a hospital to be treated for serious injuries. There's been no update on his condition.
Dispatchers were told during the 9-1-1 call that the man was stabbed by a family member. The Sheriff's Office says a suspect left the scene prior to deputies arriving. The suspect's identity has not been publicly released and no arrests have been announced, as of the time of this report.
