A father and son are facing charges after a fatal shooting last week, at a Greenville Hotel. As we previously reported, the Greenville Police Department responded around 12:30AM last Wednesday morning to a reported shooting, at the Wood Spring Suites on Orchard Park Drive.
Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators say two suspects and the victim were involved in a fight prior to the shooting. The victim 22 year old, Rogers Treyvond Robinson died after being transported to a local hospital.
Police then identified and arrested Eric Davis Sr. He's charged with accessory before the fact. On Tuesday, police arrested his son Eric Davis Jr. for murder and a weapons violation.
He was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Taskforce in Asheville.
