More details have been released following the death of award winning actor Hayden Panettiere. The Greenville County Coroner's Office says she died from the toxicity of multiple prescription drugs and fentanyl. Her death has been ruled accidental.
Panettiere was found in cardiac arrest at the Judson Mill Lofts in Greenville on August 16th. Emergency personnel attempted life saving measures but were unsuccessful. The Greenville Police says the investigation into her death is still active.
