One person is injured after a fight between vagrants led to a stabbing in the Upstate. The Spartanburg Police Department responded to a business on West Main Street, around 10 PM Friday.
Police say a fight between two homeless people resulted in one of them being stabbed. Both were taken to the hospital, the victim of the stabbing suffered what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been announced, as of the time of this report.
