A weekend crash in the Upstate sent multiple firefighters to the hospital. An engine from the Glassy Mountain Fire Department was involved in a crash Sunday while responding to a medical emergency.
According to a social media post from the fire department, the two firefighters aboard the engine, along with the driver of the other vehicle involved, were transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital for treatment.
No information has been released regarding their conditions.The Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash.
