The former girlfriend of a man who was found dead in the Upstate earlier this year, has now been charged with murder. 28 year old, Jessica Strachan was first arrested for Obstruction Of Justice, during the investigation into the disappearance of Devantae Griffin in April of this year.
She had fled to Miami during the investigation and was taken into custody there. Griffin's body was found in late April in a wooded area of Spartanburg County. Spartanburg County investigators say, probable cause was found tying Strachan to the Griffin's death. She now faces charges of Murder and a Weapons Violation.
