As the controversy continues regarding Flock Cameras, a now former deputy in the Midlands is facing charges for misusing the system.
Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says, Deputy Russell Kenton misused access to the Flock Camera system to research information unrelated to law enforcement purposes.
Lott says that an audit revealed Kenton's abuse of the system. Kenton is charged with misconduct in office. He was arrested Wednesday and is charged with misconduct in office.
