A former faculty member at a school in North Georgia is in custody facing sex crime charges.
The Georgia Bureau Of Investigation or GBI says 27 year old former Hart County High staffer Keenan Anderson is facing charges for sexual assault by a person in authority and two counts of the attempting that same crime, as well as evidence tampering.
The Hartwell Police Department was notified and called in the GBI to investigate incidents that reportedly happened while Anderson was a Paraprofessional at Hart County High School.
He has since resigned and is being held in the Hart County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation by the GBI.
