Former President Donald Trump spoke in Pickens Saturday as part of the town’s 4th of July celebration.

The Former President spoke Saturday in the town of Pickens to a packed crowd.

Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene was among the first speakers, where she announced articles of impeachment against President Biden and discussed inflation.

Several other speakers also took the stage, including Former South Carolina Lt. Governor Andre Bauer, who offered his endorsements towards the former President.

Representative Russel Fry, who defeated incumbent Rice after he voted to impeach former President Trump, also spoke at the event, offering his endorsements as well.

Congressman William Timmons was the next to speak, offering endorsements for Former President Trump while speaking against the policies of President Biden.

Next to speak was State Treasurer Kurt Loftis, who offered similar endorsements of the Former President.

Following the State Treasurer was Lt. Governor Pamela Evette, who further endorsed Trump, saying the country needed a “business owner” as its leader and called on South Carolinians to vote in the primary.

Evette was followed by Senator Lindsey Graham, who attempted to offer his endorsements for the Former President over a constantly booing crowd.

Governor Henry McMaster was the last person to speak before Trump, offering his own endorsements and discussing the Former President’s impacts on the state during his time in office.

After a break, Former President Donald Trump took the stand, where he spoke on various topics over the next hour.

The Former President, early into his speech, expressed his expectations that he would win the primary and the presidency, pointing to the current poll numbers.

He also spent several minutes discussing his recent indictment and defending his possession of classified documents.

He also expressed his desire, should he be elected, to hire a prosecutor against President Joe Biden amidst his current controversy.

The Former President also complimented Governor McMaster and the state of South Carolina, and he discussed the importance of the state in the upcoming election.

To wrap off his speech, Former President Trump discussed policies he says he will implement if elected in the 2024 Presidential election.

He said he would deport millions of undocumented immigrants and sign an executive order to end a law that allows children of undocumented immigrants to become US citizens when born in the country.

He also said he would cut funding to schools that include critical race theory or LGBTQ+ teachings.

The Former President further expressed his dismay with election policies, saying he would bring elections to the point of only consisting of a single day of paper-only ballots.
