Four people are dead and nearly two dozen are injured after a mass shooting at a Low Country bar. The incident happened on St. Helena Island in Beaufort County, just after 12:30AM Sunday. Officials say shots were fired outside of Willie's Bar and Grill during a party.
Four victims were pronounced dead at the scene and 20 others were injured in the shooting. The victim's have not been publicly identified, as of this time.
The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office said Sunday afternoon that they were investigating persons of interest connected to the incident.
Both Congresswoman Nancy Mace and Senator Tim Scott took to social media Sunday to express their condolences in the wake of the mass shooting.
