Four from SC indicted in child sex trafficking conspiracy

Four people from South Carolina have been charged in a child sex trafficking conspiracy. Three of the four are from the Midlands and the other is from Clinton.

The U.S. Department Of Justice has announced an indictment against Antonio Nicholson, Monesha Gary, Rebecca Perry and Terrell Counts.

Nicholson is charged with human trafficking conspiracy, sex trafficking of a minor, coercion, interstate travel for illegal activity, transporting a minor for sexual activity and witness tampering.

Gary and Perry are both charged with human trafficking, conspiracy, sex trafficking of a minor, enticement of a minor and coercion. Perry is also charged with interstate travel for illegal activity.

Counts is charged with coercion and enticement of a minor. All four face a mandatory minimum of at least 10 to 15 years and all four face a possible life sentence.
