The outpouring of support from community businesses and residents continue across the Upstate for a fallen deputy. Austin Aldridge, a Deputy with the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office was shot and killed in the line of duty, in late June.
Since that time, the Upstate has come together and rallied around Aldridge, his widow and his colleagues from the Sheriff's Office. An Upstate restaurant is set to continue that support with a fundraiser in Aldridge's honor. The Eggs Up Grill says both their locations in Moore and Boiling Springs will hold fundraisers for the Aldridge family this weekend.
The restaurant says, that all profits made between 6 AM and 2 PM this Saturday at both locations will be donated to the family of Deputy Aldridge. The Eggs Up location in Boiling Springs is at 304 Village Creek Drive and the Moore location is at 5844 Reidville Road.
