Tired of dark afternoons? Hold on!
Daylight Saving Time is at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 14th.
It is time to Spring Forward!!
American clocks jump ahead for Daylight Saving on March 14, but there are ways to adjust your sleep to prepare for the lost hour of sleep. Experts suggest going to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual on nights leading up to Daylight Saving. The goal is to make sleep more of a priority. As far as after Daylight Saving, it is recommended that people get outside as much as possible and to keep their homes extra dark to limit light from affecting sleep. And if none of these things work? Just take it easy on yourself-your sleep schedule will eventually work itself out again.
