Governor Henry McMaster was in the Upstate on Wednesday. The Governor toured the Greenville facility of Multi-Pack Solutions. He visited with the media afterward and the subject matter was solely his reaction to the U.S. District Court ruling this week, regarding masks in schools around South Carolina.

The federal court found that South Carolina's Proviso that made masks in schools solely a choice, was discriminatory towards children with disabilities. The Governor disagrees with the ruling. McMaster said the ruling is over reach by the federal government. He also feels parents should make the choice in the matter. The Governor offered this advice to School Superintendents.
