A new development is in the works in Greenville. Monday night, the Greenville City Council voted to approve rezoning of nearly 13 acres. The property runs along North Pleasantburg, Laurens Road, and Airport Road. The development is known as "Enclave Laurens". Marcus McCall is the developer on the project, he and his staff are based in Greenville. With its close proximity to the Downtown Airport, the project does have to be approved by the FAA.
