Recognition awarded to several Greenville County law enforcement personnel at this year’s installment of the Crimestopper’s Russ Sorrow awards ceremony Wednesday.
This year’s recipient of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Award, Deputy Luke Parrish, was cited for “outstanding service and dedication to our community”, saying he has “gone above and beyond in addressing community concerns.”
Parrish, who has been in law enforcement for nearly 18 years, is also a certified Fair and Impartial Policing instructor and works directly with several local Community Watch groups.
