A Greenville man is set to spend more than three decades in prison for child sex crimes. The 13th Circuit Solicitors Office says 49 year old, Toby Khan Armstrong was convicted Tuesday for 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Court records show that Armstrong sexually assaulted a 10 year old girl. Investigators say the victim reported the assault in December of 2020. Armstrong has been sentenced to 35 years in the South Carolina Department of Corrections.
