A grand opening and ribbon cutting held Tuesday morning for the City of Greenville’s new Public Safety Campus and Municipal Complex.

The Halton Road building was originally purchased in 2021 before undergoing renovations to now include several municipal courts, police and fire, dispatchers, traffic engineers, government services like business licenses and building permits, and more.

Greenville Mayor Knox White at the ribbon cutting ceremony said this new setup has been sorely needed and a long time coming.
And one of the biggest advantages of the new building, Mayor White said: plenty of free easy parking.
